iPad: Different fields when adding contacts

This is very strange.. some contacts give me the option of more fields or labels than others.. What am i doing wrong?

It's hard to tell from your screenshots, but in my contacts app, different fields have different label options. Are those labels all for the same field?

How were these contacts created? Is the contact data coming from another app or source?

Back in iOS5 days, when Google Maps was the standard map app (sigh), contacts created from a Google Maps search would have slightly different field labels. So, maybe your contacts app is accepting field label names from another source when it imports that contact.

actually all these contacts where created on the ipad itself.. No other apps used.

And yes, they are all from the exact same field! all the screenshots.. just different contacts. So strange :s
