first time I have noticed this but why are some popular films missing off iTunes?

I have been looking for Tom Cruise, Collateral and its not there, they have plenty of 20th century fox.

Argh digital downloads

I hate how how they will have 1 season of a show but not the other seasons.

I'm in the US and no it doesn't work

Then it is probably a rights issue or something, as it is available in the German iTunes store in 720p and SD.

That is probably why, the whole rights and legal issues, piracy is still common, as it provides an easier solution to this, albeit in not such shiny interface.

If I'm not mistaken, Collateral is currently showing on HBO here in the US. Is this somehow related?
