General ios 5.1.1 JB playlist

is there way to transfer a playlist, WITH songs, to my computer? i don't mean just the XML export/import from itunes as i want to be able to transfer my songs in the corresponding playlists from ipod touch 4th gen to iphone 4s both on ios 5.1.1 JB'd if that makes a difference. i've tried touchcopy sharepod etc, they dont seem to work but it may have been because i didn't put them in the system file folder with the mobiledevice.dll, does this sound right? any way to help me?
