Didn't know where to post this. Really Just using XBMC for the nicer front end.

I have a blu-ray which I did a MKV to MP4 with Subler.

Streaming through itunes to my homeshare i perfectly smooth. the Same video through XBMC will playback but there is a stutter like it can't play the fps properly.

I also have DVD's that I encoded in handbrake in high profile, they playback fine in homesharing but in XBMC they do a stutter as well.

I am using XBMC frodo RC1. I tried all the wiki's and asked on the XBMC forum with no response. I thought I would ask here.

Thanks.

XBMC on Apple TV is pretty much worthless to me. I cant get anything larger than 5gb's to play without stuttering and I am connected through LAN. I used to use plex with the ATV2 and it was flawless, gotta keep your pc on, but it just works better.

I recently got a Samsung SMARTTV and downloaded the PLEX app and that is the best choice of all, and I can stream my Blu-Ray 3D movies without any hiccups at all.
