iTunes Problem Help Please!(language undefined ÀsÔÃM€h)

There are some problems that appears besides English that are shown in my itunes for any other language like Korean Japanese or Chinese appears to be like Às≤ÔÃM€h. I have tried to use softwares or trying someways that people suggest online. But still I can't fix the song names, I have over 2000 songs names that appears in Às≤ÔÃM€h that I can't listen to every one of the songs and trying to rename them.

Please give any ways that I can regain the song names on iTunes!
