MacRumors isn't your cellular provider. How would anyone here know if you can activate data on an iPad if you have an outstanding bill? If, for example, you have a Verizon bill that is overdue, but an AT&T iPad? Of course you can get the data plan.

Why should a company extend more credit to you, when you have demonstrated an inability to cover the debt already extended. If you cannot afford the current bill, you really should not try to take on more. ---------- Quote:
