Looking for a specific laptop
Before spending hours on research, I am looking for a laptop with the following requirements, if it exists:
-Has mSATA Slot -Has 2 regular 2.5" hard drive bays -Has 4 RAM slots -Has Optical Drive (BD would be nice) -On Ivy Bridge CPUs -Full HD (1920 x 1080 OR 1200) -Thinner Bezel, the better -NVIDIA Graphics Card The closest thing I saw was the now discontinued HP Envy 17/17 3D, but only two RAM slots. Maybe I'm just overlooking something. I'm looking for an ultra-desktop replacement machine for a client and they want the above specs. Let me know if you know anything, thanks! RESOLVED: Solution = Dell Precision M6700: -Has mSATA Slot: Yes -Has 2 regular 2.5" hard drive bays: Yes -Has 4 RAM slots: Yes -Has Optical Drive (BD would be nice): (Has DVD but BD option) -On Ivy Bridge CPUs: Yes -Full HD (1920 x 1080 OR 1200): 1080 -Thinner Bezel, the better: Semi-Thick but fine -NVIDIA Graphics Card: Quadro K5000M 4 GB

Hey,
What about the W-series from Lenovo? I am quite sure the only thing they don't have is the Nvidia Graphics? Edit: http://shop.lenovo.com/dkweb/dk/en/l...w-series/w530/ |

Don't think it has an mSATA but seems to have everything else. Nice gaming laptop...but it's big...
http://www.asus.com/ROG/G75VW/#specifications I think the Lenovos only have one standard drive bay and an mSATA but you can get a model to swap the optical drive with an extra storage drive (or even a 2nd video card!) |

Might not have an mSATA (I haven't opened the latest one up yet) but the Dell M-series has all the rest, though it's not a gaming GPU, it's more of a workstation-class GPU. My specific experience is with the M6500-M6700 (M6700 will have the Ivy-Bridge CPU). It can even be equipped with a 1920x1080 LCD. The M4700 may not have the dual HDD capability, or the 4 memory slots.
