Dredd Blu Ray & Subler Problem (MP4Tools also)

Hiya, hopefully someone can help me here

I have ripped my copy of Dredd using MakeMKV as I want a copy that I can share to my Apple TV's

Once I have the MkV I am running it through Subler in the same way that i have with my other movies but when I come to play it back it has audio but no video.....the screen stays black, this also happens if I play it through iTunes/QT player

I'm not sure what is going on but does anyone have any suggestions??

Also I have tried MP4Tools to remux my MKV's and add a 2ch stereo track by following the guides online but the output file is only a few 100MB instead of 20GB or so, is Mp4Tools broken??
