Is it possible to transfer notes from Android to iPad?
Nevermind, I think I found the solution.
There is a ColorNote app for iOS, I think you may be able to sync your notes across the iOS and Android versions, although I am not sure.

I use Evernote for everything that needs to be synced across platforms.

This is kind of a strange thread, considering all of the syncing services out there nowadays. For example, if you use Notational Acceleration on Android, sync through SimpleNote or Dropbox, and use Notesy on the iPad, everything is synced. Or, as someone already mentioned, Evernote does a fabulous job of syncing across devices.
