Dropped multiple times, working fine. Need to worry?
i got a good case and dropped my ipod touch 5th gen 4 times already, everything is still working fine, but i'm wondering if i've damaged it? and will it stop working someday, did the drops make some "changes" inside it, like move the internal hardware or something

What do you mean by a good case?
And if there's no shock absorption I would imagine some internal damage may have occurred. We have a Griffin Survivor on ours at work. It's used from 7a-10p every day and all day. It's been dropped quite a bit onto our concrete floors and still works great.

I think you answered your own question when you said that it's still working fine. I wouldn't worry about it all that much unless you start to notice it acting up

I thought it should be alright. If anything weird like dead pixels or battery problems arise over the next few days, the Apple store should be your destination.

Dropped Multiple times
Personally, you should start worrying about why you are so clumsy...
