It is a very good price, but know, that it has no warranty left (as it seems from checking the serial number here).
The iMac's Seagate HDD is also not eligible for replacement, which may be due to it being okay.

Given the expired warranty, are there any known issues for this particular model to look out for?

It's too good to be true.. I sent them a message asking where they were located and got this.
" hello ,please excuse me but i am now out at my sister, she is having some health problems and as you can imagine i am taking care of her so if you are really interested in my item,i can ship it to you with an excellent Courier Service(Eco Courier) ,i sent a lot of items with them, and everything was great, they will provide a tracking number ,let me know your decision and i will give more info' about them and their transaction, thanks" |

that is a reliable sign that it is a scam
as I have mentionned here before, there are 3 factors that always come up eith those scams 1) computer is always the most fully loaded version 2) price is really good for such a fully loaded computer 3) seller asks you to use an escrow service or third party service, you never seem to be able to meet them face to face good job on being cautious |

If it helps...I recently bought pretty much the same setup on Craigslist, and I paid $2k for it. It did come with a 2 TB HDD (in addition to the SSD) and another 18 months of AppleCare though, and the seller was very meticulous and trustworthy. I'm loving it, and think it was money well spent...
Happy iMac hunting!
