Windows: New 27" iMac and multidisplay gaming

Hi,
I've got a new maxed out iMac 27". I've also got a dell 27" monitor running at the same res connected via display port. I've got a bunch of Steam games which I believe support multimonitor gaming, but I can't see a way to enable it.

Do I need to do something in the drivers?

Multimonitor games are unlikely to exist on the Mac especially in more complex 3D games as enabling this in games needs features that are missing from the OS and graphics drivers.

I know as I have looked into it a few times for Feral games
