Help! Need DOCX layout template advice

I'm currently finishing up a 822 page report for a clean energy project. I want to use a nice, professional, modernist designer template formatted for doc or docx. Any ideas where I can buy such a template?

The template should be kind of along the lines of what McKinley & Co uses for their management consulting reports.

Possibly here http://www.microsoft.com/mac? Lots of templates available. Not sure what McKinley & Co uses as you gave us no example.
