compressing dv25 via qt pro7 wrong size?

I'm being asked to deliver some video in dv25, don't have any previous experience with this codec as 90% of my work is for the web so did a bit of googling and found that DV, DVCam, DVCPro and Digital 8 are ALL DV25 formats... So I'm not sure which to use, I'll contact them and ask for specifics

But for now, I tried exporting at DVCPRO 1024x576, 25 fps using quicktime pro 7 (source is in pro res is 1920 x 1080 ) following this tutorial which refers to "dv25" as "dvcpro ntsc"

http://www.tunecore.com/images/video/dv25_tutorial.pdf

However for some reason, the exported video is smaller ?

Also - if i try to export using "dv stream" in compressor, the size option is greyed out and forced at a smaller size - http://i.imgur.com/ZA2N8C1.png

Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

Cheers

If anyones wondering the answer is that they didn't specify PAL.....
Using DVCPRO - PAL compression solves this issue

Have you tried Adobe Media Encoder? it allows to export as DV25 (NTSC) or DV50 (PAL)
