Plus there's a good chance it would be an aggravated public order offence (ie aggrecated by racial, religious, homosexual hatred etc) which makes it more serious. If they threatened immediate violence then it could be assault (again aggravated).

Well I think the way to fix it is to actually make sure background checks are being done, work on improving our education and reducing gang violence, and working on our mental health system since the majority of our gun deaths come from suicides and accidents (which we don't consider).

i certainly agree that women's right are pretty clear cut, but I am sure that right to healthcare and gun control would seem just as 'clear cut' to the vast majority of the 'modern' world, and i doubt that most people would recognize that both sides have equally valid points.
