A tweak that shows RAM memory

I am on 5.1.1 and I want a tweak that shows ram memory in status bar or even better in notification center,I don't want sbsettings or intelliscreenx just ram memory and if it can few informations about the device.

Are you jailbroken? You didn't state this. I'm assuming you are and meant to post in the Hacks and Jailbreaking subforum.

If so, I'm not sure if there is a tweak.

If not, there is no way to achieve this without being jailbroken.
