4S battery getting worse and worse
I can get roughly 2 hours and 30 min of usage in 100% charge. if i am on phone for 30 min..it goes down roughly 20-25% internet it goes down 1% about every minute and getting worse. Also the back of the phone now gets burning hot when i play a game or go online. Should i bring it to an apple store? I mean i use it for 1 hour at a time now and i have 30% left and can't really use it unless it's on a charger...

If under warranty go to an Apple store or call in they will probably replace it easily. If not their are aftermarket repair shops to replace the battery.

First i suggest restoring the phone as new. Secondly, the Apple store techs have battery diagnostic software. They can check it out for you.

I guess, iCloud may be the culprit. Just turn off the iCloud sync and see if it makes any difference.

2 choices:
Still under Warranty: take it in to Apple for a free replacement Not under Warranty: Pay the $99 and get a new Battery replaced by Apple , so you have nothing to worry about. |
