key word is 3.5 inch bracket.. that is not for a mac mini.... what about all the other parts. Last I heard Magician software does not run on Mac's (does anyone know different)
drive works though based on other users... Samsung drives are supposed to be good. cheers |

$150 Samsung 840 250GB SSD SATA III
I saw it on Dealmac.com this morning; sale ends today:
http://dealmac.com/Samsung-250-GB-SA...ng/661696.html I look at Dealmac.com every morning. I also use it for automatic e-mail alerts for deals when I am in the market for something. |

It depends what you want to do with the ssd drive. If you only want to replace the single mechanical hdd with that samsung ssd you have what you need to do it. Just remove existing hdd and replace with the ssd. If on the other hand you want to have two hdd's in your mac mini with your ssd to boot off and run programs off and mechanical hdd for storage then you need one of these kits which gives you the tools required and the sata/power cable.
