Mine didnt last long, I spend like 3 hours a day and last like less than a month. So I decided to use rechargable batteries, it last me the same thing. Does bluetooth mouse and keyboard consume power or are they high drain? thanks!! 🙄
I probably have to change them once a week or so; do you guys suggest sliding the cover on the bottom over the LED for the mouse and keyboard? My Logitech Keyboard only needs 2 AA batteries, and those don't get changed for months, and the mouse has a dock that charges it.
Provided you use lithium rather than alkaline batteries the mouse should last at least a couple of months of daily use. That's my personal experience anyway.

PS: I also note that the battery indicator will stay full right up to near the end when it will suddenly tail off quite rapidly.
My mouse needs new batteries every 2 weeks I would say, I use NiMH batteries from Olympus for the mouse, its a Kensignton Pilot Mouse. I have the Apple BT KB and I still have the original batteries in it. I have some Energizer NiMH batteries rdy when the KB batteries die.
