App to speed up voice memos

I've been recording a bunch of memos with the native recording app. Do you guys recommend any app that I can transfer the memos to where I can speed up the play by 2x, 4x etc?

I'm interested in this too. I need to be able to rewind a few seconds just like the podcast or music app. It's difficult using the slider. Hopefully apple adds this feature soon.
