Neither of them are rugged enough for sports use, which is the only genuine application I have for this tech. Most cyclists I know are riding with their iPhones strapped to their handlebars for Endo/Strava etc. Not safe. Those with Garmin/Suunto watches are better off, but they don't get notifications for emails/texts/calls - pretty desirable function who can imagine especially as long distance rides are normal even for rec's.
All this tech and riders can't get one gadget to do it all. Sad.
Garmin, Suunto and G-Shock are the only names I'll be keeping my eye on. Pretty sure a GPS/BT/iPhone watch is coming by the end of next year from one of these three.
