Resolved IAP Problem Solved..... [Had Restrictions On]

I am getting constant error messages when trying to do an in app purchase. When ever I try to purchase something, I get "In App Purchases are not allowed".

Any thoughts of what is causing this? Thanks,

Oops.. Yep; totally forgot about that. Turned them on to disable the YouTube redirect.
