how to set to look a movie in 24p?

Hello, sorry for my english, first

i have a 24p TV, a 1080p mkv file and a mbp.
i will only look a movie in 24p, first ein set under "monitors" in mac seetings to 24p, but what i have to do? which player have i to use? vlc, playerx.......? and how set this player then?

I don't quite understand your problem. Your video player should automatically play whichever frame rate is specified in your video file. You don't need to set anything.
