Sending Mail on a specified time?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering two things that I hope someone can educate me on.

I am trying to send certain emails while I am away from my computer. I was hoping I could set it for a specfic time like I can do with outlook on a PC.

I have Outlook for Mac 2011 but when I open a new email I do not see that option. Does anyone know if this can be done with Outlook for Mac 2011?

If not, does anyone know if Apple Mail on the latest OS 10.8.2 can accomplish this?
