Question iPhone 5 - WiFi & 3G Problem

I have a iPhone 5 (Launch Model):

I am having a problem with my WiFi. When i'm on a lockscreen my WiFi or 3G is turned off. Sometimes I have to physically have to go into the settings and turn on the 3G or WiFi, its like I have to remind my phone turn it on.

Should I take this to the Apple Store. Any help?

Ross

Before you head back to the store try doing a DFU restore.
