Stupid Error 3194...

Error 3194 is back. I am tryign to update my iPod Touch 5th Generation via iTunes to iOS 6.1 but it always shows Error 3194. In the previous times updating, I was always able to fix it by updating via my laptop but for some reason it doesnt work this time. Please help

Never mind. Apple has said that now iPod Touch 5th Gen iOS 6.1 upgrades are available.
