Android MightyText app Alternative?

I'm looking for an alternative to the MightyText app for Android. It lets you connect to your phone through your computer and iPad so you can text to/from your cell phone.

Is there an app on iOS that does this AND is compatible with Android? Thanks.

I use "aMessage" with my iPad mini and Galaxy Nexus. It's a fairly new app that works great, but does not have a browser client. See App Store link, here:

You can keep MightyText installed on your phone if you want to send texts from your browser. I hope this helps.
