Softbox for LED light

I need a tripod (1/4" thread) mountable softbox for my small LED panel (312LED). Anyone have or use something like this?

why would you need to mount it to the tripod? You can get the softbox and attach it directly to the panel

that might be a little big for your panel but you could always look for the 1 size fits all for camera flashes.
