Can I upgrade to Garageband 11 with my old Leopard system?

I have two old laptops about 5 years old and 4 years old with leopard and a new minimac with Lion.
I have garageband 11 on the new minimac.
I would like to get Garageband 11 on the laptops for consistency.

I don't want to change the operating system from leopard if I don't have to. Can someone advise on how to do it? Will the old laptops be able to run the new version of Garageband?

Thanks
K
