i have an iphone 4 thats jailbroken it suddenly went off and asked to plug into itunes to restore then started rebooting to the apple logo every few seconds .I have tried to restore it by entering dfu and pwned dfu modes and tried newer firmwares it was on 5.1.1 ive trie restoring with itunes and various programmes like ireb and red snow but nothing happens and keep getting error 3491 and 1602 but if i plug the phone into a car charger or the plug one it will show the battery icon but get no service and allow emergency calls while asking me to restore via itunes i can also power it off while it is connected to a charger but as soon as i unplug it to connect to my pc it starts looping to the apple logo please help its driving me nuts

Your host vile is still pointing to Cydia, change it to Apple again, than you can restore to latest stock; 6.1
