X Serve Raid Fibre Channels Down

Hi All,
I have X server 10.4.3 running with X Serve Raid on it.
After I upgraded it to 10.4.11, Raid Drives are not mounting to X serve.We have important data on it so resetting and recreating Raid is not option for us.
So I need your expertise in followings
1- LUN masking is disabled now, and I don't know I should make it enable , if so how ?

2-LUN masking repair , if I click that, will I lose entire data ?

3-Since fiber channels are down, red mark on it, how can I make connectivity and mount drives again ?
