Face time 6.1 missing

I updated to 6.1 yesterday and noticed facetime is missing.
Has anyone else had this problem?
It's not disabled in restrictions or in the facetime settings.

Edit:
Strange
After rebooting the phone and disabling restrictions then going to the Facetime settings the settings said it was off.
I turned it back on and still no facetime on my phone.

Wi-Fi or Cellular?

If cellular, what plan do you have?

Cellular.

I have a plan and my ISP is Rogers Canada.

So my friend pointed out that you can access it through contacts. What if you want to see who is online?
I prefer to only see my 6 facetime contacts and not the 200+ phone email contacts.

FaceTime is an always 'online' thing. You can not go offline on it.

FaceTime is not presented as an "online" or "offline" service. It's tied to a user's device, and when another user calls that person via FaceTime, it checks with that device to see if it's reachable and on Wi-Fi (where applicable), then tries to initiate a call which said user can of course decline.

So there's no interface that would allow you see check all your contacts to see who's "online" at any given time because polling is done, I believe, at the time the call is placed. Which, incidentally, is also why every contact in your address book has a FaceTime button, regardless of whether or not they even have an iDevice.

Ok Thanks
I thought it did. Maybe it was just skype.
I do wish they left the icon though. I had favorites setup as facetime.
I didn't use it often. lol but still it was more useful then the forced magazine bookshelf icon i can't even put in a folder.

What icon are you referring to? FaceTime has its own dedicated app on iPads, but not iPhone. Is that what you're referring to?

I am pretty sure that there is a dedicated app on the iPhone.

You can start a Facetime from contacts, in a call switch from voice to Facetime, Siri can initiate Facetime, and from messages scroll to the top.

There's still a dedicated app on iPad and I think the iTouch but they integrated it into the iPhones calling features so its more seamless (you can video call someone from the same page that you can voice call them)

Yes..you're correct...I guess I meant there is no dedicated App with an Icon.

That interesting, there is an app for iPod people. Oh right, you start facetime after you called that person.
