Apple Profile Manager - Push network setting

i used apple profile manager to push network setting to my client (MacBook Pro). It is work, but the after i push the setting using profile manager, the WiFi is keep ON and OFF (intermittent). After i delete the profile, it is seem fine. My client using OSX 10.8.2..
anyone know how to resolve?

I do want to push the network setting, to set autojoin to specific network and make student can't change the network.

Anyone can help me?
