OS X: Call of Duty 4 Crashing

Hello!

I have been playing COD 4 MP for a long time, and had no problems at all. till today...... I was in the middle of a game when the whole program locked up, and I had to manually shut the mac down. After that I rebooted, and restarted the game, but it locks up at the loading screen (the one that comes up as soon as you open the application.) So I opened Force Quit, quit the application and then it gave me this error message.

The attached pdf file includes the error message it gave me. It was so long the forum wouldn't let me list it here.

Please help!!!!
