Mine has the same marks. I am holdings it's just dust and the packaging. I made the mistake of putting a flashlight to it and it's a mess.

It isn't brand new, I got it on Christmas. Maybe it is just glue or something?

Its not on the screen so I would leave it. Its hardly noticible even with a camera.
