Conflicting Sales Numbers in iTC app

If I login on the iTC app and just do summary, I see the apps downloaded within a period of time. One app just came out in December, so I click on 13w to get the full range of the time it has been on sale. It shows that app with a number of about 700. If I click on it, choose the same time range, and click on weekly totals and add them up, it only comes out to about 630. Which numbers are right?

The start and end dates don't seem to be well documented, and could well be different. 13 weeks may start or end on a different day than any single week.

The numbers that are right are the ones you get paid for.
