PS3 controller on mac with l4d2
so my new imac just came... bought left 4 dead 2 and connected up my bluetooth ps3 controller and its not working.. i bought this game because of the full controller support but do you have to activate it or something or have i got to download something else?

IIRC i connected the ps3 controller to play Bastion and got it working without downloading any third party software. So it should work ...

The flashing of the top lights means that the controller is not paired.
Maybe try this http://www.cultofmac.com/198793/use-...oth-os-x-tips/ or some of the many other suggestions google offers ; ) Edit: the flashing seems to be normal on Macs, I just assumed it would act the same way as on PS 3 Last edited by AndiS.; Feb 3, 2013 at 11:25 AM. |

that's good, but tell the OP, not me ; ) I only know how the controller acts with the PS 3. Besides, the Gamepad Companion costs $7.99, looks like there are solutions to pair it for free.
