spyke1999 macrumors newbie Join Date: Feb 2013	IPod classic 160gb Ok my iPod classic worked until I let my cousin use it and when I got it back it displayed the red x icon I have tried everything short of replacing the hard drive I've opened it up I've smacked it against a table nothing works is there anyway to fix it without buying a new hdd
