I installed windows 7 on my iMac. now when i turn on my mac therre is NO doul boot.... it just loads windows.
how can I get my Mac Back??
and how do I uninstall windows 7

Frick this is the worst mistake I have ever made in my whole life
Remember people.. a Mac is a Mac NOT for windows

When pressing the power button to start your Mac, hold down the OPTION key to select Macintosh HD to boot from.
After you booted into Mac OS X successfully, go to System Preferences > Startup Disk* and select the Macintosh HD as your startup disk.

Then open Boot Camp Assistant to remove Windows.

PS: While Macs are primarily made for Mac OS X, but are using components almost any other consumer computer manufacturer does uses and those components are compatible with Windows due to that, it is fairly easy to run Windows on Macs, if one knows, what s/he is doing.

And backups are also a good idea.
