How would connect current mini to this monitor?
http://www.amazon.com/ViewSonic-VA22...ywords=monitor
The little adapter that came with it doesn't fit. Sorry, I've always bought iMacs so I'm new to connecting monitors. Thanks. |

The 2012 Mac mini (Mm) came with an HDMI to DVI adapter, and since that monitor you link to, is using DVI and VGA as inputs, that adapter should work, but the 2012 Mms are known for the HDMI port problem, which should b fixed with a software update.
You could also use an MDP to DVI adapter + DVI cable. Most common video interfaces on external computer displays and TVs Common video interfaces on Macs and the appropriate adapters to connect to other display devices

I am using the supplied HDMI to DVI adapter with my Dell monitor. I haven't had the HDMI problem since the software update.
