Cydia apps suggestions

So I just jailbroke my 4S (iOS 6.1) and need help getting started. My first impression -- the Cydia store is pretty abysmal when it comes to app discovery (no reviews, scant info). Can you guys/gals list some of your favorites? I'm particularly interested in tethering apps and (gasp) "adult content" :-)

I jailbreak for F.lux and NCSettings. Neither are really what you're looking for though.

F.lux adjusts the color temperature of your display depending on the time of day. Basically, it makes the screen more yellow in the evening, its easier on your eyes.

NCSettings adds some useful toggles to your Notification Center. I use the airplane mode, bluetooth and flashlight ones a lot.

BiteSMS should really be your first download! Makes your text messages look better!

This is my first time Jailbreaking and was disappointed not to see reviews. What happens if an app isn't as good as they claim? Will they refund you?
