Updating a Jailbroken iPhone

Hello MacRumors Community,
I have heard of this new jailbreak that came out yesterday. I have never jailbroken, but I am thinking about jail breaking my iPhone 5. My question would be if anyone knows if it is possible to update a jailbroken iPhone using OTA updates without restoring. I would be fine with loosing the jailbreak, but I just want to be able to update my phone without loosing information.
Thanks!

No, to update you would need to backup your phone, update by restore method, rejailbreak, and restore your phone.

If you tried to use the OTA, it would break your phone.
