What's this cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi stuff?

Was browsing the web and stuff the other day on some websites that have java (one was a forum) and i accidentally closed the web browser in the middle of it loading a website (no big deal I guess)

but then I realized sites have been acting weird. Is it just my browser? i tried a few of them..

here is a website thats a example that loads really quick

i basically googled cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi but i dont get it

like some websites load fine.. but if you go back, you get the same page =/

is it a java thing?
Things that annoy me on Mac Rumors.
People who say MAC (Media Access Control) when they mean Mac (Macintosh)
People who say Mac osx (Mac OS Ex) when it should be Mac OS X (Mac OS "Ten")
