What's this cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi stuff?

Was browsing the web and stuff the other day on some websites that have java (one was a forum) and i accidentally closed the web browser in the middle of it loading a website (no big deal I guess)

but then I realized sites have been acting weird. Is it just my browser? i tried a few of them..

here is a website thats a example that loads really quick http://www.advancedchat.com

i basically googled cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi but i dont get it

like some websites load fine.. but if you go back, you get the same page =/

is it a java thing?
