I need to activate 6.1

I am unsure why but my iPhone 3GS de-activated when I upgraded to iOS 6.1. Now no matter what SIM I try I can not get it to activate so I can be able to jailbreak with evasi0n. Any new ways of activating phone in 6.1, through a MacBook Pro.
