Honestly just wait a little they'll release an update through cydia that resolves this issue.

Mobile terminal or computer?

I ran it on the computer.. it's the same command line either way though, so as long as it finishes it does the same thing. I'm guessing it'll come down to us being on a different model iPhone 5 or something.

EDIT: Re-running it from ssh'ing in from terminal brought them all back. Wheew. Done screwing with this, I can live without weather, haha

My weather app worked initially. Then stopped. I tried the mobileTerm fix. That didn't do anything.

Worked for me through mobileterminal on a 3GS iOS 6.1, even after several reboots..
However, if I remove mobileterminal in Cydia, weather stops working again after a reboot.

Weather worked fine for me for about 1 day. I woke up this morning and it was broken. I tried the manual fix mentioned above and that fixed it...temporarily. After the fix, it worked for a few hours but now it's broken again.
