just wondering what is the course of action if any, that we can take if an in app purchase is paid for but not received?
The Particular incident in this case is some coins I bought in Bubble Witch Saga, that appeared initially but after I updated the app on the same day they dissapeared.
I Went on the developers website and emailed their support but they have been the very definition of useless, telling me to go to X place and click on X, when X doesn't exist or is on the wrong platform, several going back and forth eventually led them to tell me to contact a different email address, who were just as unhelpful and eventually told me to contact Apple through my receipt.
The problem is , when I click on the link in my receipt it opens in itunes and has a Report problem button next to the transaction, but once clicked it just takes you to a FAQ page, I cant see a way of contacting anyone.
