I prefer bulletin, I like that I can put a picture in my notification center

I use "NoLockScreen" myself on my iPhone 4, running iOS 4.1.
I actually like the tweak, saves me having to slide to unlock and opens up on the Springboard immediately.

Having said that, I will update to iOS 6.1 someday!

is there any way for me to just put a clock on the lockscreen on top of my wallpaper, I do NOT want a theme, i just wanna display a time?

Does not the stok LS just have the time.

This is what I have but it involves winter board and a few tweaks

Well, yeah but I want to move the time in the middle of my screen and have like a weather widget as well.
