1-1 DvD Copy Software

Hello,

My wife has a couple of exercise DVDs that she would like physical copies of...since they're extremely dependent on the menus, I need to create a 1-1 copy.

I'm relatively new to copy/ripping, so all I've been doing is using MKV and Handbrake to copy my Blu Rays to my Hard Disk.

Is there any inexpensive software that can get me the 1-1 rip? Or could I do a 1-1 copy with the software I already have? Sorry, hard finding information since ripping and copying are such interchangeable terms on most forums (at least in the context of newbie conversations).

RipIt used to do this and was relatively inexpensive. They used to have a good trial period as well.
