Best notemaking apps with organizing features?

Hi guys

I am studying computing/finance and usually involves a lot of pdfs which I read.

What would be a good app to make notes which can be organised well? As I would be studying all different modules, organisational features would be very important.

I don't want to be one of those jerks who says use the search function, but this exact same thread is about ten down the list...
