$1 charge from paypal!?

I bought a $35 Vanilla prepaid card today, I entered it on my paypal first thing and tried to buy an item off ebay for 34.50 included paypal fees already and for some reason it said I didn't have enough amount. So I checked the balance and outta nowhere, there was a charge of $1 from Paypal, under authorization detail " PAYPAL 4029357733 ONCA" anyone know why they charged $1? now I can't buy my damn item...

That was a check to ensure the card was valid. It will go away and you'll be able to use it.

Not sure how long it will take, can you put a few more $ on it?
